What I've Been Up To | My Wedding, Honeymoon, Fitness, Coaching & More!
TUNE IN: APPLE PODCASTS | SPOTIFY
I'm excited to share some updates from my life on the Food Freedom Life Podcast. It's been a whirlwind of events, from my wedding to a honeymoon in Scotland, and I can't wait to share the details with you!
The Wedding Extravaganza: I tied the knot on September 1st, and it was a day filled with love, laughter, and a lot of DIY! From crafting wedding signs, to dyeing linen napkins in my washing machine, every detail was a labor of love. I even managed to incorporate our dog Archie into the decoration, thanks to a 3D printed figurine on our cake!
The Scottish Adventure: Post-wedding, my husband (eek!) Adrian and I embarked on a breathtaking journey to Scotland. We hiked mountains, savoured traditional Scottish breakfasts, and even spotted dolphins on a boat safari! The trip was a testament to the beauty of exploration and embracing the unknown.
3. Food Freedom and Body Acceptance: As a registered dietitian, I've always emphasized the importance of a healthy relationship with food. My wedding and honeymoon were no different. I was able to enjoy the celebrations without obsessing over my body or food, a victory I attribute to my journey towards food freedom.
4. Coaching Updates: I'm thrilled to announce that my group coaching for Food Freedom University has begun! If you're interested in joining the next cohort in January or exploring one-on-one coaching, don't hesitate to reach out.
