On the show, Registered Dietitian Brittany Allison (me!) will bring you the best tips, tools, strategies, hacks, and inspirational stories that will help you get out of the diet-binge cycle so you can heal, eat, and make room for the things that truly matter.

Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with eating disorders, low self esteem, destructive habits, bad body image, and anxiety. By coming out on the other side, I’ve learned so much along the way and now I help others overcome these same challenges. On top of this, I’m also a Registered Dietitian here to share everything I know and have learned about how to stop all or nothing patterns with food, clear up your brain space so you no longer have to think about eating all the time, ditch food guilt, be more neutral and accepting about your body, and build confidence.

On The Food Freedom Life podcast, both myself and the incredible guest experts I’ll have on the show will be sharing some seriously amazing tips, mindset shifts, knowledge and tools so you can leave behind self doubt and step into your most authentic and balanced self.
