Hey! I’m Britt.
Throughout my life, I’ve had my fair share of food rules, dieting attempts…and binges as a result.
I’ve obsessed over macros, cut out the "bad foods," “eaten clean”, taken diet pills and done intermittent fasting. I was even a bootcamp instructor for 3.5 years and coached on weight loss.
For a long time, micromanaging my food and body gave me a sense of control. It wasn’t until I discovered intuitive eating that I realized my attempts to control were actually controlling me.

In this module, you're going to start building trust with your body again (as much as you don't trust your body, she doesn't trust you either!) We will address the common mistake many make by trying to listen to their bodies without a solid foundation. You’ll explore where to start on your path to intuitive eating, gaining a deeper understanding of your body’s signals. The hunger/fullness scale will be introduced as a practical tool to help you tune into your natural rhythms and recognize your unique cues.
You'll also discover effective strategies to honour your feelings of fullness, so you can feel more confident in your eating and feel better in your body. By the end of this module, you’ll feel empowered to embrace your body’s needs and take meaningful steps toward intuitive eating.

Now that you've built a foundation, this module will focus on "food habituation" AKA the process of incorporating fear foods into your diet in a step-by-step way so you never feel lost or like you're losing control.
We're also going to use the connection you've formed with your body to dive deeper into how to tune into how your body feels when you eat different foods, so you can make empowered food choices.
Additionally, you’ll reflect on your personal food values, gaining clarity on what truly matters to you when it comes to nutrition and enjoyment. By the end of this module, you’ll have the tools to approach ALL foods with confidence and a deeper understanding of how they fit into your overall relationship with food.

Time to dive into body image! In this module, we will redefine body image and look beyond the physical to foster a deeper connection with your body. You’ll explore ways to reconnect with and nurture your inner child, allowing for healing and growth in how you feel about your current body.
Together, we’ll work on neutralizing your body image and learning to accept your body as it is, aligning your view of your body with your values. You’ll discover how to embody confidence outside of diet culture, embracing your unique identity and worth.
Finally, you’ll be equipped with practical tools for building body image resilience, empowering you to cultivate a positive self-view that transcends the limitations of a weight-centric focus. By the end of this module, you’ll feel more anchored in your body and more confident in your journey toward self-acceptance.

In this module, you'll explore the root causes of emotional eating and gain a deeper understanding of why you go to food to deal with boredom, stress, overwhelm, and why you use food as a reward.
You’ll learn effective strategies for managing emotional eating in a compassionate and sustainable way. We’ll dive into the importance of feeling your feelings and building emotional tolerance, helping you navigate emotions without always going to food for comfort. Finally, you’ll work on practicing self-forgiveness, releasing guilt and shame around emotional eating, and fostering a more supportive relationship with yourself. By the end of this module, you’ll feel more equipped to handle your emotions and reduce emotional eating patterns.

Discover the concept of mindful eating (no, it's not just eating slower!) and its transformative power in your relationship with food.
You’ll engage in a mindful eating activity that will help you practice being present and aware during meals, allowing you to increase your satisfaction and ability to move on after eating. We’ll discuss practical ways to incorporate mindful eating into your daily life, making it an accessible and enjoyable part of your routine- so you can confidently eat with OR without distractions while still cultivating mindfulness.

So often, I see clients flip between going all-in with exercise, or feeling intense resistance towards it. In this module, you'll reflect on your personal history with exercise, examining how past experiences have shaped your relationship with movement and exploring ways to heal that relationship.
We’ll discuss common 'exercise expectations,' how they stem from societal pressures rather than your own desires, and how to lower the barrier to incorporate movement.
You’ll also focus on how you want to FEEL when you move your body, prioritizing joy and connection over guilt or obligation. By the end of this module, you’ll have the tools to redefine movement in a way that aligns with your values, promoting a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with exercise.
